Companion Resources
Throughout this project, we have been compiling resources to support the work of PreK-3 teachers and teacher evaluators. It is our intention that educators use the teacher evaluation process to collaborate and identify areas of growth.
The resources compiled on this section can be used for several purposes:
- To support educators as they conduct the teacher evaluation process and collect evidence for accurate and reliable ratings; and
- For educators to use the resources as professional development resources to grow their practice in areas such as early learning content, standards and pedagogy; and early childhood development.
If you would like to search for resources by Danielson Framework domain, please click on the “Danielson Framework for Teaching” tab. The other tabs contain resources compiled by outside organizations. The CPS Framework for Teaching Compendium Guide is a resource developed by Chicago Public Schools to support the teacher evaluation process in preschool classrooms in the district.
If you have any resources that you would like to share on this website that you believe would be valuable to the field, please email them to Dr. Lisa Hood,
