Observation Protocol

Project staff members have worked in partnership with stakeholders across the P-20 span including educators and experts in early childhood, K-12, and higher education to develop early learning examples for each domain component in the 2013 Danielson Framework and for each performance level (i.e., Unsatisfactory to Distinguished). The 2013 Danielson Framework for Teaching with Early Learning Examples can be found in the “Danielson Framework with Early Learning Examples” tab. Furthermore, project staff continue to gather the work of other states and districts in developing examples and other supports for early learning practitioners. Those examples can be found in the “Adapted Frameworks” tab.
